I saw the post on New York craigslist.com about the opening enrollment for the NYPD. Moreover, i know this is a volunteering job and it is a non- pay job, but I m willing to do something meaningful and serve my city. Indeed, my major is criminal justices, during my school years; I have taken classes such as policing and criminology.

It is obvious, beyond any doubt that you give a lot of thoughts and spend a great deal of time on your cover letter pal ;P. Despite some minor grammar mistakes, your cover letter seems to be pretty much concrete.
